Timings of the School Day
Pupils are expected to be in school for a minimum of 32.5hrs per week. This includes break time and lunch times, but not extracurricular clubs and opportunities, meaning some pupils may be in school for more than this time.
Each day is divided into tutor time, five lesson periods, a morning break and a lunch period.
Pupils arriving after the start of tutor time will be marked late in the register. If no adequate reason for the lateness is offered the pupil will be expected to make up all the time missed via a correction.
The lunch break is from 1:25pm – 2:00pm for all pupils.

Reception opening hours
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 08:00am – 3.30pm
- Monday - Friday: 8:35am – 3:00pm

Monday - Friday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
There are three correction times:
- 3:00pm-3:45pm
- 3:00pm-4:30pm
- 3:00pm-6:00pm
