Over the past two years we have started a brilliant Cross-curriculum Careers Champion programme which has already proved fruitful. In each faculty we have a least 1 member of staff who works alongside the Careers team.

Their role is to champion careers in their curriculum, and facilitate the important implementation of Skills Builder and Unifrog. Every Careers Champion is passionate about the role excellent careers learning can have on the lives of our young people at Stanground Academy. As part of the Careers Champion programme we are now keen to appoint Student Careers Champions. With excellent training and support from staff these students will gain a wealth of skills and knowledge.

We are excited to have a full team of Careers Champions who will work towards achieving the academy curriculum intent of having a curriculum that provides opportunities and experiences beyond the curriculum to inspire futures skilled and professional career pathway.
