Clubs and Societies

We offer a wide range of clubs and societies at Stanground Academy this academic year. These activities provide our students with the opportunity to explore their interests, develop new skills, and form lasting friendships outside of the classroom. We encourage all students to get involved in at least one extracurricular activity to enhance their school experience. Our extracurricular programme operates at both lunchtime and after school across the week.

Every time your child attends a club or society, they will receive an ASPIRE point for attending, these points will automatically be turned into spendable points to be used in our academy reward store. We are in the process of developing a specific reward programme that will recognise students attending our clubs and societies.

How does my child book on a club or society?

Your child needs to speak directly to the member of staff running the club or society or they can turn up on the day and time it is running

How much do the clubs and societies cost?

The majority of our clubs and societies are free for all pupils. If there is a cost this is will outlined in the clubs and societies document.
